What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate inventory levels across Receiving, Shipping, and Production departments Use Pack Manager system to reconcile inventory and report discrepancies Oversee and guide support staff; assist in training and daily operations Prepare pick lists, verify materials, and ensure smooth production flow Perform cycle counts, physical counts, and monthly audits to ensure 100% accuracy Support safety initiatives, perform daily walkthroughs, and coach team members on best practices Handle clerical tasks including data entry, spreadsheets, emails, and phone communication

What We're Looking For:
