Job Description

Job Overview BuckCreek Restoration and Home Solutions is seeking a dependable and organized Inventory Assistant to support our warehouse and field operations. In this role, you will help manage inventory, track equipment and supplies, and ensure restoration teams have the materials they need to respond quickly and effectively to customer projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in maintaining operational efficiency while gaining valuable experience in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, equipment, and supplies Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems Prepare and distribute materials, tools, and equipment for field technicians Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory audits Track equipment check-in/check-out and maintain asset records Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and company vehicles Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or shortages and report issues promptly Support logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth project execution Follow company safety procedures and operational standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and inventory systems Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory management software Warehouse or distribution experience Knowledge of equipment tracking and asset management Forklift experience or certification is a plus Why Join BuckCreek Restoration and Home Solutions?
