Duties Receive, unload, and process shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory control. Stock shelves efficiently, organize produce and merchandise, and prepare items for the upcoming business day. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload heavy items. Conduct regular inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by performing routine warehouse maintenance, cleaning, and organizing work areas. Assist with shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly and according to planograms or store standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing store needs or assisting with retail sales when required. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless store operations during night hours. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse team members or customers. Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards. Knowledge of retail math for accurate stock counting and inventory adjustments.
