This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting customers with parts sales and product information. Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales Process parts orders and quotations Coordinate with purchasing and production teams Receive and stock incoming inventory Ensure inventory locations are accurate and organized Support continuous improvement efforts within inventory management Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous inventory, warehouse, or parts sales experience preferred Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Ability to analyze data and solve problems Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
