AmeriQual Foods - Certification Clerk AmeriQual Group - 3.2 Evansville, IN Job Details 8 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Purpose This position acts as the gatekeeper for the flow of raw and packaging materials to and from the Kitchen. Responsible for the conversion of materials into finished goods in our inventory control system. Duties and Responsibilities

• Approve product numbers, lot numbers and quantities of material to flow from the staging lanes to the Kitchen for processing.
• Certification of raw, pack, and finished goods for all commercial and military accounts.
• Verify ending inventory counts as the material is brought from the Kitchen back to the staging lanes.
• Supplies the Warehouse Supervisors with pick tickets for ingredient usage.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisors in adjusting inventories when necessary.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets of raw materials
• Verify and enter Finished Goods worksheets into inventory system
• Print and distribute certification sheets
• Investigate and rectify potential issues with pallet numbers and product movement issues
• Assist with certification of raw ingredients if needed
• File finished goods folders in the file cabinets in the Dry Warehouse Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous fork truck certification strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, specifically data entry
• Experience with inventory transactions and business processes, preferably in a manufacturing clerical position required; warehouse experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with other team members
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.

Position will frequent the production floor, so operating in standard seasonal warehouse and food processing plant temperature conditions will be required. Work is completed in a facility where nuts, fruits and other allergens are present.
