• What You'll Do
• As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product integrity across warehouse operations: + Perform routine
• cycle counts
• and verify inventory quantities and conditions + Maintain accurate records using
• barcode scanning and computerized inventory systems
• + Execute stock transactions in inventory management systems + Assist with
• order pulling and kitting/picking activities
• as needed + Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly + Perform basic mathematical calculations to validate counts and adjustments + Follow detailed written and verbal instructions with accuracy and consistency + Support overall warehouse efficiency and inventory control processes
• Required Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or GED (or minimum 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma) + 2-3 years of
• direct cycle counting experience
• (required) + Experience with order pulling and inventory handling + Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Reliable transportation and consistent attendance + Valid driver's license + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience in
• kitting and/or picking operations
• + Familiarity with warehouse or aviation supply environments + Basic computer literacy and data entry experience + Ability to quickly learn inventory management systems

• $19.
