SUMMARY OF JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for providing vacation relief coverage for the following clerical positions: Purchasing/IE Clerk Maintenance Storeroom Clerks Maintenance Office Clerk Responsible for completing the following Purchasing related work when not providing relief: AP related work (resolving invoices, calling vendors to resolve liabilities, balance sheet reconciliation) IE related work (daily enter data labor hours from production team) Mechanical inventory (inventory reconciliation, cycle counts) Responsible for complete additional tasks as assigned by Purchasing manager when not providing relief coverage Must be capable of learning numerous facets of Dold Foods office positions and be able to shift from job to job quickly, without the need for constant re-training to provide coverage. Must be able to enter the plant environment, stand for several hours at a time, including lifting, bending and twisting motions for loads up to 40 pounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Ability to easily adapt and consistently move from one job to next, with minimal interaction with supervisor Demonstrated pattern of initiative Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with use of computers, including Microsoft Office (excel, email, etc) Ability to work in production environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
