ABOUT YOU
As an Inventory Clerk (Bargaining Unit, Local Union No. 25), you are a highly organized and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy and safety. You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and bring a proactive, service-oriented mindset that ensures materials, information, and resources are managed efficiently and consistently.
What you will do:
Coordinates stockroom operations and inventory movement with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring materials are properly received, tracked, and delivered across multiple locations. Maintains organized shipping, receiving, and inventory systems using MP2 and PeopleSoft, verifying orders, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audit and recordkeeping requirements. Supports day-to-day stockroom functions, including material requisitions, vendor coordination, and supply distribution, while enforcing established procedures and operational standards. Assists with fuel operations, inventory replenishment, reporting, and facility upkeep to maintain safe, compliant, and reliable stockroom and logistical operations.
What you offer:
High School diploma required. 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse environments, including cycle counts, stock level management, procurement processes, and use of contracts or service agreements.
