In this energetic role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and ensure seamless warehouse distribution processes. Your keen attention to detail and analytical mindset will help drive process improvements, support procurement activities, and maintain efficient materials handling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse systems, data analytics, and supply chain —all while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values your proactive approach and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular data collection, analysis, and reconciliation using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400. Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support demand planning and stock replenishment strategies by analyzing sales trends, Nielsen data, and other retail analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, including order fulfillment, materials handling, and logistics management with third-party logistics providers (3PL). Assist in procurement processes by sourcing materials, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing supplier relationships to optimize pricing and supply chain efficiency. Utilize data mining and visualization techniques to identify process improvement opportunities within warehouse distribution workflows. Operate forklifts safely for heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety standards; participate in continuous training on materials management and warehouse safety protocols. Support category management initiatives by analyzing inventory turnover rates and implementing stocking strategies aligned with merchandising goals. Skills Warehouse distribution, and inventory control techniques. Excellent data analysis skills with experience in data mining, demand planning, and supply chain analytics. Familiarity with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling. Ability to perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies. Physical capability for heavy lifting tasks Strong analysis skills complemented by the ability to visualize data insights that inform strategic decisions.
