Inventory Cycle Counter D2G Group LLC Fall River, MA Job Details Full-time $17.45 - $21.97 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Lifting equipment Basic math Forklift Materials handling Material handling equipment operation Material handling safety practices Full Job Description Inventory Cycle Counter Fall River, MA Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM D2G Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Distribution Center team in Fall River, MA. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy throughout our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a auto picker daily, performing inventory counts, researching discrepancies, and supporting overall warehouse operations. What You'll Do Operate an auto picker daily to access inventory locations and perform cycle counts throughout the warehouse Conduct accurate inventory counts using RF scanners (PDA devices) Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Ensure inventory records are accurate and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements Communicate inventory variances and concerns to leadership in a timely manner Assist with replenishment, slotting, and order fulfillment as business needs require Follow all safety policies and procedures and identify potential hazards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory accuracy What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous forklift experience required Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to safely operate material handling equipment throughout the workday Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to obtain forklift certification Why Join D2G Group?
