Material Management Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory records and perform data entry Pick, label, and prepare orders for daily shipment deadlines Handle shipping, receiving, and cycle counting tasks Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of materials Work with team members to meet operational goals

Requirements:

1+ year of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting Time management skills to meet shipping deadlines Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Work Schedule & Environment:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Warehouse setting with occasional work in cold storage Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
