Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pay rate $21-22/hour About Us:
Reilly Foods is dedicated to providing high-quality products and services in the coffee, tea, and beverage equipment industry. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team and support our operations. Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct stock checks and cycle counts. Complete year-end inventory counts and perform cycle counting as needed. Customer/Internal Support:
Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers. Ordering Procurement:
Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment. Data Entry Reporting:
Utilize D365 and Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing. Shipping and Receiving:
Serve as backup for primary Shipping and Receiving duties, processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns. Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, preferably in coffee, tea, beverage equipment, or a related field. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Positive customer service attitude and strong teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Teams). Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred. Forklift experience is recommended, but training will be provided. Reliable with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Comfortable working with technology and inventory management systems.
