Your Impact The IC/QC Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all inventory within our best-in-class logistics network. You are a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter with a passion for protecting the customer experience. You will own the integrity of our inventory by maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program and meticulously inspecting products during the inbound process to prevent damage or defects from entering the network. Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program. Conduct regular cycle counts of all warehouse storage locations, both physically and systematically, completing quarterly full counts. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (e.g., invalid barcodes, missing items, mis-ships) using various warehouse management systems and tools. Own the entire life cycle of damaged, misplaced, or missing products from detection to resolution, including collecting bad status items and releasing them back into inventory once resolved.Quality Control & Repair:
Unpack and inspect inbound product to identify damage or defects to prevent them from entering the network. Document inspection results and collect evidence of failures by capturing key attributes and images via a system or form. Perform necessary repairs on boxes, such as taping, reboxing, repalletizing, and using banding material to strap boxes to pallets. Perform putaway audits and ensure all inspected items are accurately relocated to designated locations.System & Reporting:
Troubleshoot exception units and support hub tickets related to inventory control and quality issues. Use Warehouse Management Software and Google/Excel to sort through cycle count data. Track and report daily to upper management building capacity, utilization, inventory accuracy, and cycle count progress.Equipment & Support:
Operate Order Picker (Cherry Picker), Reach Trucks, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to access and move stock, often at high elevations. Assist the warehouse floor as needed.What You'll Need Experience:
At least 1 year of experience with cycle counts or experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations. At least 6 months cherry picker and reach forklift experience is required/preferred.Certifications:
PIV Certification (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack) required or willingness to be trained.Technical Skills:
Proficient in using WMS systems and RF scanners . Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Comfortable using hardware technology (RF Guns, Android devices, etc.).Physical Capability:
Must be able to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more . Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.
