We proudly sell automotive parts and accessories under the NAPA Auto Parts brand, along with PPG paint and autobody supplies. Our deep inventory in our Bangor Warehouse ensures exceptional customer service and reliable product availability. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team in Lewiston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain our high standards of service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately receive and post incoming merchandise using the NAPA inventory management system Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment processes Stock shelves, organize shelf space, and maintain a clean, safe working environment Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Utilize basic math skills to count, verify quantities, and process inventory transactions Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy Qualifications Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in warehouse distribution or e-commerce environments Valid forklift certification or experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, unloading, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes Join us as an Inventory Associate to play a vital role in maintaining our efficient warehouse operations!
