In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face that assists customers, mostly online, manages new and used inventory. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment, foster customer loyalty, and keep our store running seamlessly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop retail skills while making a positive impact every day. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing outstanding service Ensuring New and Used vehicles are stickered and labeled and pictured for the website Maintain excellent phone and internet etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support retail sales efforts through effective communication skills, promoting products and special offers through our social media accounts and our website. Requirements Tech Savvy - iPhone, Computer, Facebook, Instagram Ability to learn software quickly and efficiently Often outside in all weather conditions Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Excellent phone/internet etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions at all times.
