Inventory Clerk:
We are searching for an experienced inventory clerk to join the team in Dexter, MI.

Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Short Term Disability The Inventory Specialist will support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations by performing cycle counts, auditing inventory processes, investigating discrepancies, updating inventory records, and assisting with corrective actions to improve overall inventory control and organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform planned and random cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Analyze inventory count results and investigate discrepancies for reasonableness. Maintain and update inventory and location databases as needed. Complete Cycle Count Explanation forms and related inventory documentation. Conduct procedural audits on WIP, sign-ins, hold areas, bond areas, locations, PTOs, MTOs, and outside service inventory. Work with managers, supervisors, planners, controllers, and other departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Provide monthly reporting and analysis regarding inventory accuracy and count performance. Coordinate and assist with physical inventories. Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory processes and operational efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Up to 2 years of relevant inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred. Basic PC proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Willingness to be trained and certified on forklifts and material handling equipment. Ability to regularly lift and move materials up to 45 pounds.
