Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Associate and become a vital part of our supply chain and inventory management operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for cycle counting store inventory, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and supporting efficient inventory management processes. Your expertise will help optimize procurement, streamline logistics, and improve overall inventory management to meet business demands. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in data analytics, category management, and supply chain strategies while contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using POS software management systems. Collaborate with cycle count teams to identify issues and correct inventory. Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances and process inefficiencies to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, procurement activities, and stock levels to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Proven experience working with inventory counts and cycle counts. Knowledge of computer use, software use for inventory count system. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams including logistics, merchandising, procurement, and warehouse staff.
