We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate product counts, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth store operations. Position Overview As an Inventory Associate , you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing products, and ensuring all compliance standards are met. You'll work closely with management and staff to keep operations efficient and the store fully stocked with the best products for our customers. Key Responsibilities Receive and verify all incoming product shipments. Maintain accurate inventory counts in METRC and POS systems. Label, package, and organize products for the sales floor. Conduct daily and weekly inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products. Assist with waste logging and compliance documentation. Work closely with managers and budtenders to ensure product availability. Keep storage areas organized, clean, and compliant at all times. Qualifications Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. Previous experience in retail inventory, logistics, or cannabis compliance preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and tracking systems. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
