The Inventory Control Clerk is a key role responsible for monitoring inventory levels and production reporting using IQMS software. This role owns the process of production scanning, ensuring all scans are accurately recorded and reflected in the system. The Clerk identifies and corrects errors in production reporting, missed production scans, and conducts regular audits to verify inventory records are accurate.What You'll Be Doing:
- Utilize IQMS software to manage and monitor inventory levels, production reporting, and missed production scans.
- Own the process of production scanning, ensuring all scans are accurately recorded and reflected in the system.
- Identify and correct errors in production reporting and missed production scans.
- Identify root causes of discrepancies or errors in production scans and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory records are accurate.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and production teams to understand and address any discrepancies in production What makes you a great fit:
- At least 3 years in a manufacturing/warehousing role.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in MRP/WMS software is a must.
- Experience with warehouse scanning equipment setup and troubleshooting.
