Job Description

Find your purpose with CentraCare by joining the Inventory Services team! This position will primarily work at our Paynesville location but will cross train to Melrose, Sauk Centre and Long Prairie to occasionally assist. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient assessment, implementation and maintenance of supply inventory throughout our facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Track non-stock and routine stock orders Assist in the set-up and maintenance of supply locations Establishes and maintains effective internal and external customer relationships Communicates routinely with the procurement staff to improve supply ordering process Performs data input into the Materials Management Information System (MMIS) as assigned Perform receiving, storage and distribution duties as assigned
Schedule:
Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks Monday•Friday | 7:00 am•3:30 pm Position will primarily work in Paynesville and cross train to Melrose, Sauk Centre and Long Prairie to fill in on occasion
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $19.15 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $19.15•$28.71 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits : Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
Qualifications:
High school diploma\GED preferred Computer skills involving inventory control, receiving and issuing of supplies preferred Experience with automated inventory management systems preferred CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
