Inventory Control Clerk and Delivery Driver

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our parts department by maintaining accurate inventory, delivering and picking up automotive parts from local locations, and assisting with stock management. The ideal candidate is dependable, computer-savvy, and able to quickly learn our inventory and parts organization systems. Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential functions of this position. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime as needed Key Responsibilities Organize, stock, and maintain accurate parts inventory Reconcile daily parts orders and ensure order accuracy Receive, store, and distribute automotive parts efficiently Learn and maintain knowledge of the parts catalog and inventory system Assist service technicians and customers in locating and retrieving parts Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to maintain quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization within the parts department Deliver and pick up parts from local vendors and customers as needed Maintain dependable attendance and consistently report to scheduled shifts on time Skills & Qualifications Strong computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of parts organization and stocking procedures Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reconcile orders efficiently Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset Requirements Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy automotive parts Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Previous automotive parts or inventory experience is a plus, but not required Proven record of reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance Who Will Succeed in This Role Individuals who are dependable and self-motivated Team players who take pride in staying organized People who work well in a fast-paced environment Candidates who value punctuality, consistency, and accountability Individuals willing to learn and take initiative when needed
