Inventory Cycle Counter Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join a 6-week project focused on performing a full inventory cycle counting of materials essential for production. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting routine cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes to ensure production efficiency and material accuracy. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. Verify inventory quantities against system records and document variances. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in coordination with production, warehouse, and quality teams. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of power coil components and materials. Maintain accurate data entry in inventory management systems. Essential Skills Previous experience in cycle counting. Full inventory cycle counting expertise. Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with inventory management systems. Work Environment The position operates on the 1st shift from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The work is conducted in a manufacturing, non-climate controlled environment, which can become very hot during the summer. Cooling stations and hydration stations are provided to ensure comfort and safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Olive Branch, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
