Job Description

Key Responsibilities Receive & Verify:
Verify packing slips against purchase orders (POs), and confirm quantities received.
Data Entry:
Input delivery data into the ERP system immediately to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
Resolve Variations:
Document discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) and collaborate with buyers and vendors to resolve them.
Audit Inventory:
Support weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Required Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years of receiving, material handling, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency with ERP/MRP software Preferred Skills Math skills for inventory counts. Exceptional attention to detail to catch PO discrepancies. Clear written and verbal communication for vendor coordination. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.00/hour, experience will also be considered in hiring pay.
