As an Inventory Clerk I, 2nd shift, with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will, under the supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, manage the Inventory for the company.
Additional Duties:
Follows all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to
ISO 9001.
Picks and kits materials per job packet pick list or another authorized document. Verifies and maintains accuracy in quantity, description, location, labeling and ESD safe packaging when creating job kits. Locates completed job kits and documentation for transfer to appropriate location in production. Coordinates with procurement, production, logistics, and other departments as needed. Processes Inventory on Deman (IOD) transactions and delivery of requests. Performs cycle counts. Scans job order documents and prints labels. Places received inventory in the appropriate location. Processes recal and return to stock inventory. Suggests and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Follows safety and housecleaning protocols to keep area clean and orderly. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an inventory or related role. Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Demonstrated experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated reliability and consistency in employment history. Experience using an ERP system. Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience with cycle counting and an understanding of FIFO.
