Job Summary The Inventory/Kitting Clerk is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, transfer orders, job orders, and shipping records. This role includes performing accurate inventory counts, slip sheeting, and packaging of completed jobs, as well as processing inventory adjustments to maintain accurate inventory management records. What You'll Do… Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company processes and procedures. Ensure product is shipped to the correct location, per the shipping instructions provided using the various freight company software Provide the Invoicing Clerk with the correct information to invoice the customer Support ongoing quality improvement processes to ensure all deliverables are produced defect free and aligned with technical specifications Follow standard operational procedures and work practices and policies to ensure consistency of output Perform Live Cycle counts as directed by Inventory Supervisor. Generate and monitor inventory reports and unissued materials reports. Verifies quantity to be packed from customer order/job paperwork. Rolling of materials for shipment. Ensuring items have all components prior to shipment. Keep all product organized based on the shipment requirements. Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment. Must be able to complete transactions using the current ERP accurately Other duties as assigned Requirements What You'll Bring… High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience Prior experience in inventory control, shipping or manufacturing preferred Prior experience with
UPS, UPS
