Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Stocker and become the backbone of our store's success! Responsibilities Stock shelves accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and inventory management systems to maintain optimal product levels. Organize merchandise according to store layout and merchandising standards. Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including labeling, packaging, and preparing products for sale or storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms, storage areas, and sales floors to promote safety and efficiency. Support inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies promptly. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations and assisting with product retrieval when needed. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during stocking or merchandising tasks. Familiarity with retail sales environments such as general merchandise outlets enhances your effectiveness in this role.
