Job Description

We're Hiring! Our key client is growing and adding a Material Coordinator I to their team.
Pay Rate:
Up to $22.00/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location:
Onsite - Ross, ND 58776
Work Schedule:
8:00 am - 4:00 pm | On call every other week
Duration:
3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
  • Receives assignments, instructions, and direction for daily activities.
  • Generally works directly with a product service line (PSL) and is responsible for handling all inventory related issues such as goods receipts, goods issues to sales orders, inventory counting and reconciliation, to support timely and accurate billing.
  • Requires an understanding of the relevant PSL and their products.
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two-year degree and one year of work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Equipment operation skills, primarily with skid steers and forklifts.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain effective communication between departments.
