Carbone Floral Distributors Derry, NH Job Details Part-time $12 - $75 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Career development plan Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Computer operation Customer service Cycle counting inventory management Spot checks for inventory management Math FIFO Attention to detail Data entry Perishable goods management Manual handling Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cooler Manager to oversee cooler inventory operations and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and making sure quality standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels within the cooler. Receive, Inspect, Display and properly organize incoming products. Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor product rotation and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized cooler environment. Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels. • Track, document, and report inventory shortages, damages, and product spoilage. Support loading, unloading, and stocking activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or cooler management preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Floral Knowledge a plus.
