Job Description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Cycle Counter candidates in the Salem, NH area.
Responsibilities:
A Cycle Counter ensures inventory accuracy by conducting regular, methodical physical counts of stock and reconciling them with warehouse management systems (WMS). They investigate discrepancies, manage stock locations, and use equipment like scanners or forklifts, usually requiring high school education, attention to detail, and warehouse experience. Perform scheduled and unscheduled physical inventory counts within warehouse bins. Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records in platforms such as SAP or Oracle. Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records accurately and promptly. Maintain accurate product identification and location tracking to support efficient warehouse operations. Conduct quality checks for damaged items, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and correct packaging.
