Inventory Clerk

Job Overview The Inventory Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate inventory tracking, recordkeeping, reconciliation, and product accountability for the Company's Albuquerque office. This position helps ensure inventory is properly received, entered, monitored, adjusted, transferred, and documented in accordance with company procedures, BioTrack requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Inventory Clerk must maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while supporting inventory control and compliance efforts. Duties

• Maintain accurate inventory records for cannabis products, non-cannabis inventory, and related materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Enter, update, and track inventory activity in BioTrack and any other required internal systems.
• Assist with receiving inventory and verifying product counts, descriptions, quantities, lot information, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts to system records and investigate discrepancies, variances, or missing product.
• Assist with inventory transfers, adjustments, destructions, and other inventory transactions as directed.
• Review inventory records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory logs, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventory counts.
• Identify and promptly report inventory discrepancies, documentation issues, product irregularities, or compliance concerns to management.
• Verify labels, tags, package counts, and product information for accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports, reconciliation reports, and audit support documentation.
• Help ensure inventory areas remain clean, organized, secure, and inspection-ready.
• Follow all company safety, security, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain chain of custody and product accountability through proper handling and documentation practices.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding inventory issues, count results, and record corrections.
• Assist with internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of BioTrack experience required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, administrative support, data entry, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Previous cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory counts, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to reconcile counts and records accurately.
• Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a compliance-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check; certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state cannabis licensing regulations.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
