Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Hobbs, New Mexico. This contract position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Conduct inspections of inventory and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to facilitate timely restocking and prevent shortages.
• Organize and manage the storage of materials to optimize space and improve accessibility.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and yard organization.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Assist in developing and implementing improved inventory tracking systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during inventory handling.
• Generate detailed inspection and inventory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support customer service efforts by providing accurate inventory information to field personnel and engineers.
