Full Job Description Benefits:
Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Tuition assistance Vision insurance This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring seamless inventory control processes. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, and the ability to operate forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and findings. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to implement inventory control procedures. Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) safely and efficiently. Use SAP and other inventory management systems to monitor and track inventory movements. Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Office applications. Assist with physical inventory audits as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is required. Forklift certification with experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Work Environment :
Warehouse environment with moderate physical demands, including standing, lifting, and operating forklifts. Adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory.
