Inventory & E-Commerce Listing Associate Printer Brothers LLC Sparks, NV Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills E-commerce Attention to detail Organizational skills Warehouse experience Full Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & E-Commerce Listing Specialist to help manage inventory and create accurate product listings across online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large catalogs of products.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage product listings on online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. Research product specifications, model numbers, UPCs, and other listing details. Write clear and accurate product titles, descriptions, and item specifics. Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are accurate. Organize and catalog incoming inventory. Upload product photos and verify listing quality. Monitor listings for errors, missing information, and pricing issues. Assist with general e-commerce operations and data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar marketplaces preferred. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory management systems. Ability to research products and identify accurate specifications. Strong written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience:
Product listing or catalog management experience. Inventory control or warehouse experience. Knowledge of UPCs, GTINs, ASINs, and online marketplace requirements.

From $20.00 per hour
