Inventory Associate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Use retail math skills to calculate and analyze inventory data
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to develop training programs for inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area
• Assist with retail sales and provide exceptional customer service when needed
• Supervise and train new inventory associates on proper procedures
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills to meet inventory deadlines
• Proficient in inventory control techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate calculations
• Experience in training development is a plus
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Familiarity with interior design concepts is beneficial but not required This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
