SOFACLUB.
In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory levels, smooth back-of-house operations, and compliance with state regulations. Key responsibilities include vault organization, shrink control, product receiving, transfers, and inventory preparation. You will work closely with mangement to oversee menu balancing, order fulfillment, and inventory controls. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets. Dispensary inventory experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, including tracking, reporting, and security protocols. Conduct daily reconciliations of dispensary inventory and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispensary storage areas. Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate location and labeled correctly. Assist with tracking and reporting of sales data. Manage ECOM pre-orders, web orders, and related tasks. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate inventory for promotional events or sales campaigns. Oversee product intake, verifying manifests against incoming shipments, and entering all products into the seed-to-sale tracking system in a timely manner. Fulfill ticket orders for front-of-house staff, ensuring timely and accurate product preparation and delivery Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with record-keeping requirements. Work closely with dispensary management and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and product variety. Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to ensure efficient stock management and prevent overstocking or shortages. Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws governing the sale of cannabis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in dispensary inventory management Excellent communication and organizational abilities Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership over work, capable of prioritizing and meeting tasks with competing deadlines. Familiarity with merchandising and pricing strategies Knowledge of retail math and time management techniques Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and apply strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands for tasks, and work on iPad, laptop, or desktop to review, analyze, and provide recommendations to patients. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based email applications Flexible schedule with availability required on weekends and holidays. Minimum 21+ age requirement
