Job Description
We are hiring for a Warehouse Admin for a local fabric and textile company located out east. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative and inventory control functions. The ideal candidate has experience in both warehouse operations and office administration, ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient material movement, and timely communication between departments, vendors, and customers. Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
Create and process purchase orders, receiving documents, shipping paperwork, and inventory transactions.
Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with vendors, carriers, and internal departments.
Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
Prepare inventory, usage, and stock level reports.
