4309 Janitrol Rd., Columbus, OH 43228 Conveniently located near I-270 on the west side of Columbus This is an on-site position. Candidates must be able to work at our Columbus distribution center. Remote work is not available. This role focuses on inventory accuracy within the distribution center, including cycle counting, product verification, and system updates. This is a detail-driven position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous experience operating lift equipment (such as cherry pickers, forklifts, or similar warehouse equipment) is required for this role. Position Overview The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting warehouse operations through counting, tracking, and resolving discrepancies. This role plays a key part in ensuring product accuracy across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse systems Verify product locations and quantities Support receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory Assist with inventory investigations and special projects Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and solve problems Ability to lift 10-55 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment What to Expect in This Role Frequent cycle counting and data tracking Standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse Fast-paced environment with accuracy expectations Interaction with multiple departments to resolve issues Work Environment Warehouse environment with temperature variations (25°F-105°F) Use of RF scanners and warehouse systems Physical activity including walking, lifting, and reaching ✅ Apply today to join our Columbus overnight inventory control team!
