Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed material audits of incoming and outgoing consumer electronics and IT assets to ensure accurate tracking and documentation. Accurately enter asset data into computer systems and mobile applications, maintaining high levels of precision and consistency. Verify serial numbers, model information, and device condition during intake and processing stages. Assist in organizing, labeling, and staging electronic materials for testing, refurbishment, recycling, or disposition. Maintain accurate digital records of inventory movement throughout the IT asset disposition (ITAD) process. Follow established procedures for data security, chain-of-custody, and asset tracking compliance. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and inventory accuracy. Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items, or data inconsistencies to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all safety and operational guidelines. Support continuous improvement efforts by maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all data entry and audit tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in data entry, warehouse, or electronics environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile devices for tracking and data input. General understanding or interest in consumer electronics (laptops, desktops, phones, etc.) preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious work ethic.
