Description:
Stockroom Associate Join our dynamic retail team as a Stockroom Associate, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure our store runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be a vital part of a customer-focused environment, supporting inventory management and product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock shipments to ensure accuracy and quality Organize and store inventory in designated stockrooms or storage areas Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems Assist with stock replenishment on sales floors to ensure product availability Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Collaborate with sales associates and management to meet stock and display needs
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail stocking, receiving, or inventory management preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, offering opportunities for advancement within our retail team. Requirements:
Some warehouse, stocking, receiving experience strongly preferred but will train for a detail oriented, reliable and hard working candidate. Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs regularly. Valid ODL required.
