Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Associate, where your enthusiasm for vehicles and customer service will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be the key link between customers, technicians, and inventory, ensuring that every automotive part is accurately stocked, efficiently managed, and readily available. Your expertise will help customers find the right parts quickly while maintaining a smooth flow of operations. Duties Assist customers in locating automotive parts and accessories using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management software such as CDK or Automate. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and replenishing parts to ensure optimal availability and presentation Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to support customer needs Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette for inbound inquiries Support sales management efforts by promoting automotive service packages, accessories, and related products to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue Maintain organized stockrooms and retail areas by stocking shelves efficiently and conducting regular inventory audits using Microsoft Excel or retail math skills Collaborate with dealership teams on order fulfillment, parts returns, and inventory updates to streamline operations Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or dealership environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive service procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CDK, Parts Eye and Automate software for seamless stock control and sales processing Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control tasks Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory assessments Prior experience in retail sales or dealership settings is advantageous; familiarity with marketing strategies can be beneficial Join us to become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive solutions! Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
