About You As a member of the Logistics Division, you will be responsible to perform all Administrative functions including daily dispatch functions, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, verifications of receiving, and over/short reporting in our 3rd party frozen facility in Gouldsboro, PA. The Inventory Administrative Clerk acts as a liaison between Operations and Procurement departments as well as partnering organizations by maintaining inventory integrity in support of all parties. The hours for this position are 3:30 am- 12:00pm. Core Functions The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Daily cycle counting of product in a frozen warehouse maintaining accuracy records for areas counted, updating WMS as needed Investigate and analyze Daily WMS reports for an assigned area (Scratch report, Problem Locations, Rotations, Invoice Discrepancies, others as assigned), updating WMS, Rapid Processing inventory adjustments Verifying receiving Reporting over and shorts Required log and file maintenance Produce Information for Procurement, Logistics and Operations regarding Date Coded Items, Discontinued items, Seasonal Issues, Quality Control, Items "On Hold", "On Sale" Item Report and Product unavailable for shipment (unslotted, lost, etc.) Process Stock transfers Participate in all physical Inventories (Auxiliary Warehouses, etc.) Assist other Inventory Associates as business needs require Documents procedure errors and safety issues: reporting findings and following chain of command Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus Must possess analytical, organizational and administrative skills PC literate including MS Office, Word, and Excel Demonstrated data entry accuracy Working knowledge of Wakefern computer systems including Rapid, WMS, QMF and Metafile preferred Flexibility with work schedule: ability to work any 5 out of 7-day schedule The hours for this position are 3:30 am- 12:00pm.

Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
