Job Description

Mercury Electronics has a challenging opportunity available for a talented, enthusiastic and motivated Material Clerk, reporting directly to the Materials Manager. We are seeking an outgoing individual, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in our fast paced, dynamic environment. Duties include, but are not limited to: Pull parts based on Bill of Materials with accuracy Receive shipped parts and put in designated locations Must be able to be trained to use a forklift Must use inhouse computer system for all inventory records Establish inventory records with all necessary data Maintain accuracy of inventory with regards to physical counts and monetary value
Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize work A proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of an organization High levels of basic math accuracy Experience with the following software is required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, WordPowerPoint) Databases and/or ERP systems Experience with the following preferred, but not required: Manufacturing companies Electrical or electronic components Import/Export documentation and processes ERP software migrations filePro databases or Epicor ERP ISO, LEAN and ITAR Materials and Inventory systems Forklift Candidates must have ability to occasionally work extended hours
