Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/ Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • This job requires an individual to be on an elevated platform up to 20 feet in the air with a safety harness.
  • If you are afraid of heights, you would not make a good candidate.
  • You will be required to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist office management, to include organizing files, work orders and data entry.
  • Utilize phone systems or RF Devices effectively to communicate with team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Perform routine inventory cyclical counts with the use of power industrial equipment.
  • Verify unloaded inbound shipping for product dimensions, weights, and quantities.
  • Verify customer orders to packing lists and shipping labels.
  • You will be required to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Verifying outbound orders.
  • Verifying outbound shipments/pickups. Experience
  • Previous experience as an office assistant, inventory clerk, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience with inventory systems and order management.
  • Experience with Power Industrial Equipment (Order Picker).
  • Experience with the order picking.
