Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, problem solving Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory via inventory system, picking, packing, receiving, shipping and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience, good inter-personal skills and database/excel familiarity to contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on order and demo fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory management. Prior experience with inventory software database, excel and safety protocols is highly valued. Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, shipping, receiving and tracking using inventory software database such as Great Plains. Equipment - pallet jack. Perform system entries to reflect movement of inventory with supporting documentation. Perform stock replenishment and order/demo picking activities to ensure timely order / demo fulfillment. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to safety standards outlined by OSHA. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and demo request. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve operational efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report mechanical issues requiring maintenance or repair. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related fields. Proficiency in operating pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as inventory control software. Understanding of OSHA safety standards for warehousing environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy. Effective communication skills and team player to work collaboratively with others. This Warehouse Associate role is vital for maintaining efficient operations within our distribution center while ensuring safety and accuracy at every step.
