Inventory Clerk

Description A growing local organization is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels align with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and collaborating with warehouse and operations teams. Key Responsibilities + Receive, count, and record incoming inventory and materials + Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory management systems + Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits + Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods + Prepare inventory reports as needed for leadership or operations teams + Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure accuracy + Keep inventory areas organized and compliant with safety standards Requirements Qualifications + Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or data entry preferred + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or inventory management software + Ability to lift and move inventory (as needed) + Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures + Strong communication and teamwork skills Interested candidates are encouraged to apply to connect with a Robert Half recruiter and learn more about this opportunity.
