Retail Inventory Auditor York, PA Retail Inventory Auditor -
York Division Job Details Location:
York, PA area (Positions are field-based with a preferred base location in or near the Manchester territory)
Job Type:
Full-Time (Monday-Friday schedule)
Schedule:
Early Morning Start. First store count begins promptly at 6:00 AM.
Travel Reality:
This is a mobile, route-based role. Depending on the daily schedule, travel to your first convenience store location can require up to a 2-hourmute.
Compensation:
$19.00 / hour + Paid travel time andpetitive mileage reimbursement.

Position Overview Our regional operations are expanding, and we are adding an analytical and systematic Retail Inventory Auditor to our York Division. We are specifically looking for an auditor based in or near the Manchester area to optimize our regional routes. If you value autonomy, prefer the freedom of the road over a static office desk, and enjoy a dynamic routine w your "office" changes daily, this is your next move. In this role, you will travel daily to scheduled convenience store client locations across the territory to perform physical inventory counts and precise retail data audits. Because our teams count inventory before or during early retail operating hours, a reliable morning routine and dedication to punctuality are non-negotiable.
Core Responsibilities Accurate Auditing:
Arrive on-site by 6:00 AM sharp and utilize a 10-key machine toplete high-speed, accurate physical inventory counts of retail merchandise.
Data Resolution:
Identify inventory variances on-site to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy for our store partners.
Manager Communication:
Hand over final financial audit findings directly to convenience store managers at the conclusion of the count.
Territory Travel:
Efficientlymute to daily scheduled client sites across the regional division territory (up to a 2-hourmute to the first site of the day). What You Bring to the

A valid Driver's License and a dependable personal vehicle for daily regional travel.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, kneeling, bending) in various retail environments, including stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.

Motivated by providing honest, accurate data that helps managers reduce shrink and improve processes.

Comfort with an early morning lifestyle and independent, route-based execution.
