Role Statement The Branch Receiving position coordinates activities related to stocking and replenishing goods sold by the company. Location This position will be performed onsite at our store. Remote work is not available for this role. Outcomes for Success Respond to the various departments within the organization who may need information regarding vendors, products, deliveries, etc. Check all invoice discrepancies involving vendors in your area of responsibility. Correct and approve and return to accounting in a timely manner. Assist with resolving vendor disputes. Reconcile physical inventories performed at store level. Process and reconcile store cycle counts and out of stocks on a daily basis. Develops stores stock inventory standards and directs physical inventory of stores stock assess to ensure that adequate supplies are available May perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:
A high school diploma or a GED. One or more years of related experience and/or training preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Frequently use hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, active, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position) Alternating frequent standing and walking, with occasional sitting.
