Position Overview We are seeking an Equipment & Inventory Assistant to support our operations team by managing equipment, shipping, inventory tracking, and data entry. This is a part-time, hourly role with a flexible schedule , ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys hands-on work paired with computer-based tasks. This position has the potential to expand as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and ship equipment and materials accurately and efficiently Receive incoming shipments and restock inventory Track inventory levels and update records regularly Perform consistent and accurate data entry (inventory, shipping logs, equipment tracking) Maintain organized storage areas and inventory systems Communicate with internal teams regarding equipment needs and shipments Assist with general inventory upkeep and process improvements as needed Follow safety and handling procedures Qualifications & Skills Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Experience Experience building or improving inventory tracking systems, including reconciliation processes Familiarity with camera equipment and basic troubleshooting Prior experience in shipping, inventory, warehouse, or operations support roles Data entry, Excel, Google drive, Slack, and experience is a plus Experience with Apple products Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay (based on experience) No benefits to start, with the possibility of expanded responsibilities and benefits as the role grows Flexible part-time schedule Why Join Bella Baby Photography?
