Warehouse Associate/Inventory

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist at our dental clinic, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing supplies, and ensuring the efficient operation of our separate warehouse facility. Your role is critical in maintaining adequate stock levels, supporting clinic operations, and contributing to a seamless patient care experience through timely and accurate supply management.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming dental supplies, equipment, and materials. Accurately sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare supplies for delivery to the dental clinic as requested. Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with clinic managers, dental staff, and suppliers. Support clinic events or promotions that require additional inventory preparation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay:

$21.78 - $25.83 per hour
