Job Description

Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist at our optical store, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and product availability. You are responsible for receiving, managing, and accurately fulfilling all optical product orders, including eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and supplies.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management & Control:
Perform daily receiving of incoming shipments from vendors and distributors. Conduct regular cycle counts and a comprehensive annual physical inventory. Maintain optimal stock levels of frames, contact lenses, and clinic supplies to prevent shortages.
Order Fulfillment & Processing:
Pick and pack customer orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses with 100% accuracy. Prepare products for shipment to other store locations or for direct customer delivery.
Quality Assurance & Customer Support:
Carefully inspect all products for defects or damage upon receipt and before fulfillment. Collaborate with the retail and lab teams to ensure a seamless flow of products.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Basic math skills for counting inventory and managing quantities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$21.82 - $25.85 per hour
